Actual Value of Application of Family Medicine in Primary Health Care

Introduction: The contribution of family medicine in primary health care can make to address the social determinants of health in the context of a changing society. The concept of primary health care, endorsed by the World Health Organization in the Alma Ata Declaration in 1978, has been implemented in very different ways all over the world. We look at the main features of primary health care: What are the conditions that enable the introduction of primary health care, what is the evidence of the primary health care approach to promote health equity and inter-sectoral action and how may the health systems enhance the impact of primary health care on health equity, taking account of contextual factors. The aim is to draw an operational framework that may contribute to further developments in health systems contributing to more equity. Aim of the Work: If the adaptor of Family Medicine Primary Care and Public Health contribute and if this system makes a difference?. Methods: Case control study in the period between October 2015 and October 2016, prospectively enrolled 40 families in Holy MECA, where twenty families of them are interested in healthy bringing up according to the modern method and the perfect treatment methods, but on the other hand there are twenty families on the contrary of this. Results: Among the studied families; male gender, diabetes mellitus and adults age group were more prevalent where satisfaction from health services, compliance to mother care visits and compliance to chronic diseases treatment of high significance which gives equity to family medicine in primary health care. Conclusion: Application and adherence to family medicine care is associated with higher level of satisfaction and adherence to health care services with total improvent of the quality of life of society.
